Having a broad and deep theoretic background in organisation development, team development and
personnel/personal development
(based as well
on group dynamics and systems-theory), we are pragmatic.
Preliminary we are goal-/result-oriented. Therefore we have to
have “Clear goals first” and we evaluate results in the end.
Methods only have to serve.
We use fitting methods. Working mostly in the field of changing
behaviour (of single persons, organisations). We use interactive methods, as much
as possible experiential learning.
We tend to be pioneers. We have been in the front line concerning
interactive learning methods in Austria, especially MPS – Management Plan
Spiele. We have been the first in implementing evaluation of training, have built up
first data base of benchmarks and ratios of educational training; we have been
going eastward, building up a local network in almost all CEE-countries. Our
general manager Niki Harramach was first in installing an official
representation of interests for Austrian business trainers and was the first
court expert for management trainings and organisation
development.
