is the abbreviation for Conflict a
n d Cooperation-Management.
These two dimensions are irreversibly bound to each other. One cannot conflict
with somebody with whom one cannot cooperate!
Our CoCo
management tradition is older than our company. Our General Manager Niki
Harramach was working as a lawyer from 1974 – 1996 and as a conflict
management consultant since 1984. More than 2 times 20 years of CoCo-Management!
The
professional goals of a lawyer and of a mediator are totally different, but the
instruments and methods are the same.
