CCC - Cross Cultural Coaching

All international company groups have to face the fact, that its managers are

acting in and with a lot of different national cultures. “Fitting behaviour” in

foreign cultures needs a lot of knowledge, understanding, acceptance and
abilities.

The starting points for cross cultural managers are different, depending also
on personal experience. For and because of the special situation (concerning nation, function, privat surrounding c
onditions since 2007) it makes sense to
prefer single coaching as the best learning form.

Therefore we offer our clients´ (potential) Cross Cultural Managers individual

CCC – Cross Cultural Coaching

The Goals of CCCs are to enable participants

v     to understand

v     to accept

v     to adapt to

other cultures.

The best method to reach all these goals is experiential learning, best
before  a n d  on the job, best with local trainers and of course best within
fitting design.

Principally a coaching in private situation would fit best to support managers´ individual cross cultural needs.

The process of CCC normally is:

1.      The company provides a block budget for CCC (that means that only
the total amount of this budget is defined).

2.      Within this framework managers are free to take money from this block budget for their individual CCC.

3.      The concrete amount of CCC time and therefore money needed is
defined between the Coachee and the Coach.

4.      CCC units have to follow a master plan which is started with clear CCC
goals and ended with an evaluation of reaching these goals.

5.      After each ending of an individual CCC package Coachee and Coach
have to make a common individual report about contents and
evaluation of the CCC package.

Costs:

Costs of individual CCC can only be defined per  unit, which takes one or two
hours and therefor costs € 250,-- or € 430,--. The amount of units needed for
one individual CCC package differs a lot, normally between three to ten, and
has to be determined approximately before starting the programme.
