All certification proceedings of examinations to ISO have a flaw: It isn't the customers who judge the quality. However, quality is the fulfilment of the customer requirements after a common definition. The Austrian economy trainers have therefore decided to ask the customers even around their opinion.

At least six training projects (from the last 3 years) are to produce (max. 1.8) out of 10 each "better than good" judged.
