Bożena Topczewska, born 1959, graduated from Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering.  Postgraduate Study in Human Resources Management in Poznań.

Over nine years she has gained experience in human resources managing, negotiations, recruitment and training, working in managerial posts for Polish and German companies from both public and private sectors.

Since 1995 she has been running her own company BMJ Doradztwo Personalne (BMJ Recruitment Agency) and  is responsible for realization recruitment and selecting contracts, managing of projects concerning personal audit for a number of multinational companies from service, industry, trade sectors. She acts as a trainer in managerial skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation, techniques of effective sale.

In 2004 she became a partner of  the German company InterAktion. Beratung und Training.

Alexander Fuhrmann Eureka Training & Tests

Alexander Fuhrmann was born in 1955 in Romania.  
He has a BA in Mathematics from the University of Haifa in Israel and an MBA from the European University  in Brussels. 

After a number of executive positions at major multi-national companies, he started Amadeus Consultants, a training company in 1996. The company is today one of the major providers of training and personnel  development  workshops in Romania.  

He is fluent in six languages and can execute training programs in Romanian, Hungarian, English. His area of  expertise is Communication Skills, Sales and Negotiation Programs as well as workshops in Wise Management.  He contributes regularly to “Cariere” a Romanian magazine for HR managers.
