 *        Interactive Experiential Learning  :

We believe, that in the area of soft skills/social skills fundamental and sustainable changes could only be reached by experiential learning, with for instance special programmes like MPS – Management Plan Spiele® (= simulations of business processes) and ODTT – Outdoor Team Training®.

*        TQM – Total Quality Management :

Every three years we undergo a special certification procedure which is unique in Europe: only our customers evaluate our quality. We passed this procedure several times successfully. So now since more than one decade we are CCT – Customers’ Certified Trainer®.

 The advantage for our customers is, that our quality is guaranteed by our customers and future customers can also rely on this top quality. We will fulfil their demands. 

*        CCM – Cross Cultural Management:

We are the biggest and oldest “Austrian headquartered trainers network” in CEE/SEE/CIS+TR. We are used to cross different cultures in a national sense but also different corporate cultures and other topics of diversity management.

1.      They can expect, that we are able to roll out international training/consulting projects on Western standards in almost all countries of this region by the help of our national partner institutes.

 *        Consulting needs training:

We are CMC – Certified Management Consultants and achieved this qualification by severe examination of the Austrian Association of Consultants within the Austrian Chamber of Economic Affairs. Our trainings and other means of qualifications of leaders/managers/collaborators are conducted on the basis of profound consulting know-how. We are specialists in OD – Organisational Development and most of our trainings are modules of such development processes.
